Signal Network

A field of devices routes light along circuit traces into one product object at the centre.

Motion
Forty-odd nodes are routed into a central hub along 45° circuit traces. Traffic is a schedule, not a simulation: each trace carries pulses at fixed phases of the loop, so the network is deterministic yet never looks repetitive. Arrivals flash the hub's ports and append to a live routing log.

Interaction

  • Nodes near the cursor wake: they glow, ring and fire extra signals home
  • Hovering the hub powers every route at once
  • Click broadcasts from the hub — light races back out along every trace
  • Pointer parallax separates the network from the hub; scroll dives into the core
  • Canvas 2D additive glow
  • Seeded layout + 45° trace routing
  • Arc-length signal sampling
  • Scheduled, loop-locked traffic
  • DOM log driven by arrivals
